Space for the Center: The Center is held in the unused house of a member of the community. who is the Chairman of the Guardian's Committee.
Management of the Center: Guardian's committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. After some irregularity in this respect in the initial stages, midday meal was regularized from February 2009.
