Kajoli Early Childhood Learning Model- An Example of Positive Deviance

RIB’s chairman Dr. Shamsul Bari gave a public lecture in a curriculum integration event titled 'The Power of Positive Deviance' on 4 April 2015 at Shilpokola Academy. The event was organized by the Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) Department of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He was invited to share his ideas of positive deviance and also his experience of being a positively deviant person with the students and faculties of ULAB. Kajoli Early Childhood Learning Model was highlighted in the event as an example of positive deviance. The audiences considered this Model as unique, easy-to-teach and very effective “low cost or no cost” method for educating the underprivileged kids in an enjoyable way. Dr. Bari later also inaugurated the Visual Art Exhibition arranged by the same Department.
