Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/280 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise the remaining portion of the teacher's remuneration.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in a tin shed out side of Shantosh Chandra Barmon house. The space is provided by the villagers.
Management of the Center: Guardians look after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. Since the beginning, guardians are providing midday meals regularly.
