  • Management of the Center: Nayankhal Shahpara Kajoli Model Ma Shonggathon (Mother Organization) looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
  • Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. Due to poverty/lack of motivation the midday meal system has not always been regular. Efforts are being made to mobilize the community to continue to provide midday meal to the kids. (Since February 2009, guardians are providing mid day meals regularly).
