Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise an additional amount from other sources compatible with people's ownership.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the yard of a guardian.
Management of the Center: Guardian's Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. There were some irregularities in this respect in the initial stages but they were removed after a motivational meeting organized by RIB in February 2009.
