Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise an additional amount from other sources.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in a temporary shed made of tin and bamboo. The space has beens provided by the teacher.
Management of the Center: Kusum Kali Mahila Shamiti looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. There were some initial irregularities, but this has now changed.
