Management of the Center: One champion, Mr. Martuza Islam, is looking after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. After some initial irregularity, the provision of midday meals is now more regular.
