- Space for the Center: The Center is held in the Kajirhat Pantapara primary school. The room is provided by the school authority.
- Management of the Center: Kajirhat Pantapara Kajoli Model Ma Shonggathon (Mother Organization) looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
- Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. After an initial period of irregularity, the provision of midday meal was regularised in February 2009.
