Source of teacher remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/280 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise an additional amount.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the kitchen of Jagesh Chandra, a local villager.
Management of the Center: Guardians Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. However, while at the beginning tere were some irregularities, the situation changed after the annual meeting of all the teachers in Kajoli in February 2009.
