Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/280 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise an additional amount for the teacher.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the veranda of the teacher's house.
Management of the Center: Guardians Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. There were some irregularities in this regard at the beginning but the situation stabilized after consultations at the annual teachers' gathering in Kajoli in February 2009.
