Space for the Center: The Center is held in the unused house of a person belonging to the community provided free of rent.
Management of the Center: Guardians Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop a community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. There were some irregularities in this regard at the beginning but the situation changed after discussions in the annual teachers' gathering in February 2009.
