Source of teacher's remuneration: The guardians pay 10/20 Taka per month. Teacher gets Taka 200/250 on an average. Efforts are being made to raise an additional amount from other sources.
Space for the Center: The Center is held in the unused house of a member from the community.
Management of the Center: Guardians Committee looks after the Center. Efforts are being made to develop community based organization whose main activity will be to run the Center without outside help.
Midday Meal System: Each mother provides food to all the children once a month. While in the initial period the provision of food was not regular, the situation chnaged after a motivational meeting conducted by RIB in February 2009.
